On feeding a toddler

The Good Daughter is normal in that she only eats one big meal a day. It's kind of hard to know which one it will be and not waste so much food, but lately her big meal has been lunch.

I try and hit all the food groups, so a typical plate looks something like this:
Everything organic - hard boiled egg, strawberries, raw milk cheddar cheese, cheddar bunnies, cucumber, carrots, grape tomatoes and raisins.

On this day she polished everything off.
